GO WEST...

Leaving Lubec this morning and heading West since we can't go any
further East and remain in the US.  Back on US telephone and WI- FI.  Feeling the balmy temps we have not had to deal with in the far eastern region.

Our time in Maine is coming to an end. We had a great 6 weeks here.  Experiencing the local towns, photographing the birds and having our share of lobsters.  Unfortunately our boat trip to see the Puffins, mentioned in a previous post, was cancelled due to rough seas.  Sunday and Monday we had 30 MPH winds.  We were very disappointed and had stayed the extra week here waiting for our trip.  There were no cancellations in the foreseeable future so we packed up our toys and left as scheduled.

We did pick up a few more lobsters yesterday for $2.80 per pound (crazy) and spent the afternoon cooking and freezing some for our later enjoyment.  Now on the 95 West heading to Vermont to squat for a while and see where the road takes us from there.
